Price for apartment/ Mobil-Home 

 

Breakfast and daily cleaning excluded​

  • Every child under 3 years old will receive a discount in the form of 1 breakfast bonus for 1 person for 1 day

  • All the apartments and small villas are completely new.

  • All children are welcome.

    All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20 for night 

    All children under 8 years are charged EUR 30 for night for extra beds.

    All further older children or adults are charged EUR 40 for night for extra beds.

    The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 3.

    Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

    Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Services included in the price:

  • The prices are inclusive of the use of garden, barbeque, swimming pool, Wi-Fi, car park and a room provided for linen washing. 
  • Every apartment/villa is provided with bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, mirror, fridge, safe-deposit box, kitchenette, independent air conditioning and heating.
  • Bed linen, towels, dishes, kitchen utensils and everything required to cook.

  • Change of linen every 3/4 days (unless if differently agreed): Use of service of linen change and room cleaning as discount for long stays. 

Services not included in the price, to pay separately:

  • Change of sheets by request
  • FINAL CLEANING if you used the kitchen  70€

Conditions of stay:

  • ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES: every day of the week
  • CHECK IN: after 15:00 (unless differently agreed)
  • CHECK OUT: before 10AM
