Il nostro olio nasce da una accurata gestione del frutto già nel campo agricolo, molito entro 24 dalla raccolta, solo attraversi procedimenti meccanici e con spemitura a freddo (24,4 gradi) 

Filtrato naturalmente e imbottigliato per poter mantere le sue caraterristiche organolettiche il più possibile.

Acidità minore di 0,3%
